There are numerous sous vide egg recipes available online, and the time and temperature recommendations can vary greatly.
After much experimenting, I’ve determined my preferred temperature and time for soft-boiled eggs in the sous vide bath.
I also prefer this recipe because of the extremely short cooking time – less than 10 minutes!
As a result, my soft boiled egg sous vide temperature recommendation is 194oF for 9 minutes.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH SOFT BOILED EGGS

It couldn’t be easier. Other ingredients that go well with soft boiled eggs that you probably have on hand include hot sauce, salsa, and everything bagel seasoning.
