Burger Steak Recipe [Jollibee Style]

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 piece Knorr Beef Cube
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1 piece egg beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Gravy ingredients:

  • 5 ounces button mushroom thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 piece Knorr Beef Cube
  • 1/4 teaspoon Knorr liquid seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and egg to make the beef patties. 1 piece Knorr beef cube, grated Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Scoop out about 14 cup of the meat mixture to make the patties. Form it into ball shapes and then flatten it.
  3. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Fry one side of the patties until brown on medium heat. Turn it over and repeat the process on the other side. Take out of the pan. Set it aside for now.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan to make the gravy.
  5. Mix in the all-purpose flour. Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly, to make a brown roux.
  6. Mix in the Knorr Beef Cube. Stir until completely melted.
  7. Fill the saucepan halfway with water. Stir until well combined. Take note that the mixture will gradually thicken over time.
  8. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and Knorr Liquid Seasoning in a mixing bowl. 30 seconds in the microwave.
  9. Sliced mushrooms should be added. 1 minute in the oven Place aside.
  10. Arrange beef patties on top of a cup of steamed rice, then drizzle with beef gravy.
  11. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley. Please share and enjoy!
