Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ½ Pounds Flank Steak butterflied, sliced horizontally
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3–4 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Shallot Sliced thinly
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 4 Oz Provolone Cheese

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pinwheels for 3 minutes per side in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil.
